Kevin Beigel has a long record of achievement as a corporate and business immigration lawyer. Based in Toronto, Canada, he has practiced for more than 20 years, over which time he has developed expertise in numerous areas of Canadian and US immigration and nationality law. Kevin Beigel has also had extensive dealings with American and Canadian immigration government agencies both domestically and worldwide and has forged useful partnerships with law firms on both sides of the border.

Clients come to Mr. Beigel’s Toronto firm for assistance in relocating their personnel to Canada and the United States both on a cross-border basis and from all over the world. A recognized authority in his field, he has written columns on business immigration for Carswell's Legal Alert and previously served as a panel member for a standing committee on immigration and citizenship convened by the Canadian Parliament.

Kevin Beigel’s engagement in the legal community includes memberships in the Law Society of Ontario, through which he holds certification as a specialist in immigration law, as well as with the State Bars of New York and Massachusetts. His credentials also include a B.A. and an LLB., both of which he earned at the University of Western Ontario.
